Opening shortly after Canada Day on Tuesday July 4th, Cobourg is in for a new one-stop shop for all of your healthy habits. TNS Health Food has partnered up with the Lil Organic Kitchen to offer you good food and groceries all under one roof. We offer a caring, and professional atmosphere with our specialized staff of Registered Holistic Nutritionists, Homeopathic Professionals, Certified Iridologist, and Personal Trainer.
With this move TNS Health Food will be expanding their variety of food including, but not limited to: gluten free, vegan, raw, organic, grass-fed, supplements, pet supplements, chemical-free personal care and cleaning products.
The Lil Organic Kitchen: Express will be offering healthy food to-go as well as made-to-order foods which can be enjoyed right there at the kitchen in an accessible seating area. The Lil Organic Kitchen is somewhere you can eat with peace of mind. Menu options will include organic farm to table items, grass-fed and humanely raised meats with no use of hormones or antibiotics, vegan foods, raw foods, fresh juices and smoothies and much more!
