Commercial Properties

Located on the water, Cobourg is named “Ontario’s Feel Good Town”. Cobourg is close to 20,000 people and is considered the economic hub of Northumberland County. The town is located along the north shore of Lake Ontario about an hour east of the Greater Toronto Area.

Victoria Place

The most well-known of Linmac’s holdings is Victoria Place. This is a multi-building plaza located on the southwest corner of Elgin Street and William/Burnham Street in Cobourg.

Includeed in Victoria Place is recently built beautiful contemporary building designed by Lett Architects and is home to clients new and old. This project was recognized by the Town of Cobourg with their 2018 Accessibility Recognition Award.

Fleming Building

Located at 1005 Elgin Street West, Cobourg, the Fleming Building is a barrier free, 45,000 square feet, three level office complex and home to Linmac. The building is extensively landscaped to compliment its residential setting.

Strathy Place

Strathy Place is another multi-building complex that is located directly across from the Northumberland Mall at what is becoming one of Cobourg’s busiest intersections – Strathy Road and Elgin Street West, (formally Provincial Highway #2) which connects Cobourg and the neighbouring community of Port Hope.

Further down from the busiest intersection, Strathy Place includes a 30,000 square foot commercial building that is situated in one of Cobourg’s fastest growing commercial areas adjacent to WalMart, Home Depot and the Northumberland Hills Hospital, which opened in 2003.
