Well, as they say, the foundation is in! With the completion of the main pad at the our new development site at Victoria Place the heavy lifting begins to have the building ready for Spring 2017. The new 14,700 sq ft of mixed retail stores are a great addition to our “Community Hub” at Elgin & Division Streets in Cobourg. One or two more spaces still to fill contact us for details.

The main framework of the new building is fabricated out of solid steel.

Home Plate Restaurant – adding a patio, liquor license and expanding their hours and menu to include dinner
